Before You Bring a Pet

• A photo of the animal and vaccination records are required to obtain approval before bringing any animal on the premises.
• No visiting animals are allowed.

Restricted Breeds

Any hybrid or mixed-breed version of these breeds is also not allowed.

Animal Guidelines

Birds

Must remain caged inside. Noise restrictions may be placed if needed.

Small Animals

Guinea pigs, hamsters, and gerbils are allowed but must remain caged.

Small Reptiles

May be considered on an individual basis.

Fish / Turtle Tanks

Fish tanks under 5 gallons are allowed. Larger tanks up to 10 gallons may be allowed on ground-level apartments only. Turtles must remain caged.

Exotic Animals

Spiders, certain reptiles (including iguanas), ferrets, skunks, rabbits, raccoons, livestock, and parrots are not allowed.

Other Animals

Any pet not specified in this policy requires individual approval by upper management.

Pet Rules

• All pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be tied to anything outdoors.
• Animals should not be left unattended on balconies or patios.
• Animals may only use the bathroom in designated areas.
• All waste must be picked up immediately, and animals must be led away from patios and living areas to relieve themselves.
• Pets are not permitted in common areas, including the clubhouse, pool area, fitness center, play areas, and laundry room.
• Residents will be asked to remove any animal that is not within these guidelines.
